Jayne is a proven thought leader with more than 30 years of experience in senior management and executive roles. She has worked with small to large international companies both in Australia and overseas across a broad range of industry sectors. Jayne started her career as an accountant and evolved into more strategic roles over the years. She has held executive roles including that of CEO where she has led cross-functional teams accountable for Human Resources, IT, Finance, Risk and Strategy, Operations, Business Improvement and Optimisation, Sales and Marketing, Change Management, Cultural change as well as Health and Safety. Jayne holds a CPA, Executive MBA (Melbourne Business School).
